What data we collect
Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and delivers the download. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email address and order details with us. We never see or store your card number or other payment details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers the data it collects at checkout.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
The site itself does not use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) as part of normal web hosting.
How we use your data
We use your data only to:
- Process and deliver your order
- Send purchase confirmations and download links
- Answer your questions
- Meet legal and tax obligations
We never sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for marketing.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
As a UK company, we process personal data on these legal bases:
- Contract: processing your purchase and delivering the product
- Legal obligation: keeping records for tax and accounting
- Legitimate interests: answering questions and improving our products
Who else handles your data
- Lemon Squeezy: checkout, payment, sales tax and product delivery
- Cloudflare: website hosting and content delivery
Each has its own privacy policy and data protection measures.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as UK tax law requires (usually 6 years). We keep emails for as long as we reasonably need to answer them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- See the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Get your data in a portable format
- Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
To use any of these rights, email info@proprietoratlas.com.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own, and no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies as part of its protection against attacks. These are needed for the site to work and do not track you for marketing. The Lemon Squeezy checkout may set its own cookies, covered by its privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
